BIM Proficiency
The Faculty of Engineering Technology, UTHM, in collaboration with Bina Initiatives Sdn. Bhd., successfully organized the KPT-PACE programme, the Certification of Building Information Modeling (BIM) Proficiency with Autodesk Revit Structure Essentials, held at UTHM Pagoh Campus from October 9th to November 27th, 2022. One of the main objectives of this program was to provide students with added value by acquiring a professional certificate in BIM Proficiency, which can be utilized after completion of their studies.

The program, with a total fee of RM3000, was fully sponsored by KPT and included a virtual webinar session titled "Introduction to the BIM Process in AEC Industry," delivered by Ts. Muhammad Hafiz Zaini, the BIM Manager from Bina Initiatives Sdn. Bhd. This was followed by the organization of face-to-face courses and training involving 170 final-year students from the Faculty of Engineering Technology (FTK), Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering, and Faculty of Technology and Business Management.
